This company as changed our mortgage handling more than once to “different companies” but yet the mailing address remains the same out of New Jersey. Now CELNAR, isn’t willing to pay our personal property tax with is for the actual mobile home on the property!

Not the fault of the employee of a company, rather it is the nature of the business (e.g., must e-sign documents even if not correct or it will push back the closing for days or longer which can affect your interest rate lock; just one of multiple examples). Katie is good, but company customer service is not what it used to be.
